In compliance with international standards (Muster Curricula), the programme is built on the principle of disciplinary integration, combining in a balanced way knowledge from natural sciences, technical sciences and socio-economic sciences, with a focus on human nutrition and public health. The programme includes nutritional assessment, dietary interventions, and consumer behaviour analysis, creating an integrated approach to addressing challenges in nutrition, health and food systems. In this way, students are prepared to address complex issues related to diet, health and the development of food systems, in line with labour market demands and contemporary developments.
