The Agricultural University of Tirana took part in a fair organized in the premises of the Don Bosko high school in the capital, focused on promoting entrepreneurship, education, and professional qualification for high school students.
The activity was carried out within the framework of an Erasmus+ Capacity Building project, in which UBT is a partner.
During the fair, representatives of UBT presented its study programs, which have all been redesigned in collaboration with and under the supervision of the University of BOKU in Vienna. They also presented the opportunities that the university offers students during their studies.
At a time when high school seniors are preparing to choose their field of study and the university where they will continue their education, the activity served as a valuable opportunity to familiarize them closely with UBT’s 13 Bachelor programs, laboratories, professional internships, international exchange opportunities, and career prospects. The students showed interest in the information they received and engaged in discussions with university representatives about study and professional development opportunities.
Participation in this activity served as a valuable opportunity to bring high school graduates closer to UBT’s programs and to promote the role of education in developing young people’s professional and entrepreneurial skills.
