We were honored to host an official meeting within the framework of the Erasmus+ programs with Prof. Assoc. Eleni Malissiova and Prof. Dr. Athanasios Manouras from the Department of Animal Sciences, University of Thessaly in Volos, Greece, as well as colleagues Valeria Sanchini and Chiara Sferra from the Department of Veterinary Medicine, University of Turin, Italy.
After the welcoming speech by the Rector of the Agricultural University of Tirana, Prof. Dr. Fatbardh Sallaku, they exchanged ideas and discussed the concrete possibilities of formalizing a cooperation agreement between the respective institutions and AUT, focusing on the implementation of projects in the fields of education, scientific research, and academic exchange.
It was also discussed the possibility of AUT's membership in the European University Alliance, a strategic step that would enable participation in a prestigious collaboration platform and increase internationalization.
