During the workshop, discussions focused on the opportunities that artificial intelligence creates for innovation, automation, and increased efficiency, as well as the challenges related to rapid technological transformation and the adaptation of the labor market to new digital developments.
The discussion panel included members of the LAIA project staff, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Agribusiness, Prof. Dr. Remzi Keço, Klodi Berberi, Consultant at ICT Business Solutions, Kevin Mamaj from the National Cyber Security Authority, Emiliano Mankolli from Ritech, and Alban Stambolliu from Isa Consulting.

Special attention was given to the cooperation between universities and businesses, emphasizing the importance of building stronger connections between academia and the labor market. The discussions highlighted the need for more practical study programs, greater involvement of industry in the learning process, and the creation of opportunities for students to become familiar at an earlier stage with technologies and the real demands of the market.
