For the support of farmers with oil without excise, without carbon tax, without turnover tax for mechanized works in agriculture, which have benefited about 20,000 farmers from all over Albania, for government plans for the agricultural sector but also with attention to developments in UBT, spoke at the premises of this university, Prime Minister Rama in a meeting where were present in addition to the academic staff of UBT, representatives of MARD or subordinate institutions, students of UBT and farmers from different parts of Albania. In his speech focusing on the university, he added that efforts will be made to increase the interest of young people for the Agricultural University of Tirana, which to date, according to him, has been viewed with prejudice. "I strongly believe that UBT is one of the most strategic points where the development of the country is projected, where knowledge is given about a sector that will continue to develop. For every girl and boy who comes to this university, there is an opportunity to create enough power for themselves to enter a market that is becoming more and more dynamic. There is prejudice for this university and for certain branches, but if we manage to convey the message and the content of the message in relation to the opposite, this interest will increase - Rama stressed.
