Registration has begun at the Agricultural University of Tirana for high school graduates who have chosen and been admitted to study at UBT in its various study programs.
This Wednesday marked an important day for prospective students, who officially took the first step toward a new stage in their academic and professional development. Whether alone, accompanied by their parents, or together with friends, the high school graduates made their way to the UBT premises to submit the required documentation and complete the registration procedures.
From the very first day, students registered in study programs across all five faculties of UBT: the Faculty of Agriculture and Environment, the Faculty of Economics and Agribusiness, the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food, the Faculty of Forestry Sciences, and the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The interest shown in various fields of study also reflects the broad range of academic and professional opportunities that UBT offers its new students.
For them, this process marks the beginning of a new journey that will start this autumn at a completely reformed Agricultural University of Tirana, featuring a new academic offering, study programs tailored to contemporary developments, and a stronger focus on practical training and the demands of the labor market.
New students will have the opportunity to study fields related to agriculture and food safety, technology and digitalization, economics and business, the environment, food, forestry, landscape architecture, and veterinary medicine, becoming part of a university community that is entering a new stage of development.
The registration days also mark the new students’ first contact with the university where they will spend the coming years, gain knowledge and experience, and build the foundations of their future careers.
The registration process at UBT began today, August 26, and will continue until September 8.
